Breakfast this morning:
Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 227g or 1 cup of Plain Nonfat or Lowfat Yogurt
- 1 frozen Banana
- 24g of peanut butter
Blend in blender, vitamix or magic bullet till smooth. This has the consistancy of a shake more than a smoothie. You could add ice to make it thicker and icier.
I make mine using Stoneyfield Organic Plain Nonfat or lowfat yogurt, organic banana's and organic peanut butter (currently using Trader Joe's Organic Valencia Crunchy Peanut Butter).
This reminds me of being a kid when I would have banana and peanut butter sandwiches.
